Frequently Asked Questions
A few things to know before your next conversation.
What does Klyro Studio do?
Klyro automates Instagram comment-to-DM conversations. A matching comment triggers your public reply and opening DM. After the recipient taps your message button, Klyro delivers the resource you chose.
Can I use Facebook and Messenger?
Facebook comment-to-Messenger automation is coming soon. Instagram automation is available now. The existing Facebook connection in the workspace enables Instagram comment likes; it does not send Messenger campaigns.
Can I customize every message?
Yes. Write your public replies, opening DM, resource message, and button labels. Add up to three custom resource links and optionally require a verified follow before delivery.
Will I need to share my Instagram password?
No. Create a separate Klyro account and connect your Instagram professional account through Meta. Your Instagram password stays with Instagram.
How do I get started?
Create your private workspace, connect a professional Instagram account through a configured Meta connection, and build your first campaign. You can then follow its activity in the workspace.
